Bareology Guidelines & Rules

 

All our services are NON-REFUNDABLE
 

 

 Package Use

 

• Packages are non-refundable & non-transferable.

• They may only be used by the original purchaser.

• Services must be redeemed at the discounted package rate only while the package is active.

 

 

 Expiration

• Packages do not expire. Your investment stays with you until every service is used

 Payments

• Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase, unless payment plan arrangements are made.

• Payment plans are available for larger packages:

  • Over $1,000 → up to 4 installments

  • Over $2,000 → up to 5 installments

• A 3% service fee applies to all package purchases.

 Booking & Cancellations

​

• Standard cancellation & no-show policies apply to all package services.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointments are considered same-day cancellations, which will incur a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations, same-day rescheduling, or no-shows.

• A missed appointment will result in that service being deducted from your package.

• Packages cannot be “frozen” or paused due to scheduling conflicts.
  
   

 Redemption Rules

• Services cannot be substituted or exchanged for other treatments.

• Package pricing can only be redeemed when active passes are available.
